What is in it for me?

Global-Mark offers you a great opportunity to develop a network of Clients, fully service these Clients, offer our full suite of programs, and build a long term, stable and repetitive business.

Certification can be lucrative, but mostly it is predictable and repetitive, hence you know when the work is coming and you can plan your time, life or other work around it.

Type of people we are looking for?

Typically you should have:

• Great communication skills,
• Significant management and technical know-how,
• Be an auditor or senior auditor in any specific discipline (QMS, EMS, OHS, Food Safety, IT, etc.).

Importantly you need to understand that:

• We will provide the tools and solutions.  You need to open doors, find the Clients and build and develop relationships,
• Add value to all Clients’ episodes,
• Comply and continue to comply with our systems and requirements,
• Work within your competencies and knowledge,
• Undertake Global-Mark mandatory training, comply with witnessing, credentialing and monitoring requirements. 

Working for Global-Mark is by invitation only.  Lots of people knock on the door but few are invited to enter.  We want to work with people who share our vision, our view of the role of Certification in society and our values, and also want to be part of a great team.  Before “taking’ one needs to “give”.

Exclusivity?

Good question.  We do not require exclusivity.  We do however set ourselves very high standards, and we want to be your “best client”.  If this is the case, we hope you will give us “exclusivity”.  Once we have earned your trust and your loyalty, only then may you work exclusively with Global-Mark.

Put your money into the business if you think it will fly

Global-Mark offers its staff and contractors a unique proposition.  You may register to buy units into The Friends of Global-Mark Trust, which owns part of Global-Mark.

This ownership does not allow you or the Trust to be represented on the Board of Directors, or to set direction to the strategies of the company, but it offers you:

• Participation in the strategic planning process (the Trustee),
• Information on budgets and business planning,
• Information on monthly financial reports,
• Share of dividends,
• Potential capital gains, if and when you sell your shares in the Trust. 

There are strict rules and conditions on the entry and participation in the Trust.  Again, it is by invitation only, and is limited in numbers and units.  You need to register your interest with Global-Mark.

Payment models?

We have a number of payment models.

When we ask you to complete an audit / business review on our behalf:

• Technical expert: up to $500 per day plus GST, based on the program

Auditors/Lead auditors:

• senior auditors: $600 per day plus GST for QMS, DES, QS, EMS, OHS
• auditors: $500 per day plus GST for QMS, DES, QS, EMS, OHS 

When you bring the Client to Global-Mark to complete an audit we have an income sharing plan for Client Owners:

Payment of expenses:

Expenses such as travel, meals, accommodation, etc., shall be reimbursed at cost, only if prior approval from Global-Mark has been sought and granted (unless documented in the Client’s fee proposal and/or are to be invoiced to the client).
