Attestation Statements (NSQHS) – REMINDER
It’s that time of year again when all accredited organisations are required to submit their annual attestation statement in line with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards. Submissions must be made to your accrediting agency during the standard reporting period of July to September. Please note that all organisations are required to use the latest attestation template (2024) which can be accessed here.

Global-Mark is obliged to provide details of any organisations who fail to submit it which will result in the Commission contacting the organisation.

Client Profiles
Client profiles are also due for review, we will be sending you an email with the facility’s previous submission over the coming months. Please be sure to review this thoroughly to ensure adequate information is provided to successfully complete an assessment at short notice.
It is important to provide Global-Mark with accurate information in your Client Profile as this forms the basis of your assessment duration and therefore costs in line with the schedule of fees. The information collected ensures that we can appropriately resource an assessment team for your facility’s assessment.
Within the email, you will also find a short bio for each of our assessors. These should be used to determine any conflicts of interest and be documented in the conflict of interest section within the client profile.
Ensure you take note of the due date and return the reviewed client profile to health@global-mark.com.au as it is a requirement set by the Commission to frequently review and collect information.
