To apply via email, download and fill in the following forms:
- Electrical Safety Product Safety Application Form (Word document) and
- Electrical Product Safety Application Form-EA-PART2-LIST OF PRODUCTS (Excel spreadsheet)
and send them to: GMAnewcert@global-mark.com.au for new applications
or: GMAmodcert@global-mark.com.au for modifications of existing certificates that have issued by Global-Mark
