Founded in 2009, Comply Flow is a family-owned business with humble beginnings. When brothers (and co-founders) Mitch & Sam recognised a gap in the market in managing the contracted workforce, Comply Flow was born.
Based in Sydney, Comply Flow automates and streamlines the process of ensuring contractors are qualified, competent and inducted before they arrive on site. In managing a huge volume of contractor records, the integrity and security of our data is critical to the business.
In response to an evolving information security landscape since 2009 – from one where customers were more concerned with physical server security than the redundancy of the cloud service provider – Comply Flow has moved faster than its peers. Our core priority has always been product excellence, and data security became increasingly central to this objective.
In early 2019, it was decided to formalise our commitment to protect user data and privacy by pursuing the highest internationally recognised security standard: ISO27001. While Comply Flow had based its policies and processes on the standard since 2017, the structured framework the scrutiny of becoming formally certified by the Global-Mark team improved our operational efficiency at all levels of the business.
