Ozland Group Solutions was founded in 2008 and is a leading provider of Integrated Facilities Services. We offer customised solutions to address our clients’ pressure points in their business’ by delivering high-quality security, cleaning and concierge services nationwide. Ozland Group Solutions meet client’s unique requirements, ensure cost-effectiveness, provide environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions, and utilise cutting edge technology such as autonomous security robots and more! As a rapidly growing company, we are in the works of extending our services internationally starting with New Zealand, further solidifying our position as a leading organisation in the industry.
2. Can you please provide some top level information about your organisation, such as size, number of staff, office locations or similar?
Ozland Group Solutions currently employs over 300 staff in Australia. In line with our values, inclusion is integral to us, therefore, our team is formed of exceptional individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and genders as we actively promote equal opportunity for all.
Our head office is located in Moorebank, Sydney, Australia and a secondary office in Pyrmont. In addition to this, we have an office in Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

3. Why did you go through certification?
Ozland Group Solutions went through the certification process to provide emphasis that we are committed to providing the highest standards in the security, cleaning and concierge industries whilst following local and international codes of practice. Our certifications ensure our clients that we strictly adhere to occupational health and safety, environmental and quality management systems.
4. How did you find the process with Global-Mark?
We have nothing but commendation in support of the Global-Mark experience, friendly and interactive, Peter was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with during the auditing phase which can be very daunting, we were put at ease and made to feel like it was a group effort getting us certified, and have no doubt the ongoing support is there to keep us on track.
5. What is your outcome e.g. are you happy with the outcome?
We are thrilled with the outcome of receiving our ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 certifications, and consider it a milestone in the growth and advancement of our organisation. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team and reinforces our commitment to delivering excellence in all aspects of our operations.
6. Are there any other business benefits you experienced as a result of becoming certified?
As a result of our certification, we have been invited and awarded some large tier 1 contracts, with some prestige clientele across Australia, and this continues to trend. Existing customers have extended current contracts in light of the certification. We are seen as a preferred supplier of services, which certainly give us an advantage against our competitors.
