We would like to congratulate ReadyForce Personnel for successfully undergoing their certification in both AS/NZS 4801:2001 (Safety) and ISO9001:2015 (Quality).

“We went through the certification process so that we could have a benchmark for everything we do. The process highlighted business improvements for document control, company policies and standard operating procedures. The certification process allowed us to build the benchmark and then we were able to measure against it with what we do day-to-day.  It was evident throughout the certification process that the need for regular reviews of the business are critical to our success.

Although the process appeared a little daunting at first, we broke it down into different areas, to make it a manageable process for Nathan and myself. The assistance we received was very good. We are very happy with the outcome and have since had our first post-certification audit which went well and highlighted a few improvement areas.”
