As an Australian manufacturer established 75 years ago, Davell Products prides itself on providing the best Australian-made locker and storage solutions to a wide variety of educational, commercial and government sector customers.

You can find the company’s functional, sturdy and stylish products in hundreds of offices, factories, homes, schools, gyms, restaurants, hotels, end-of-trip facilities, emergency services hubs, government institutions and more right across the country.

Davell Products continues to adapt and innovate to meet market and customer demands while maintaining quality products at a time when Australia’s manufacturing industry is undergoing profound change.

In 2019 Davell began the process to become ISO 9001 quality certified by Global-Mark to build, monitor and improve the internal systems and processes to support its focus on the production and supply of quality products and high standards.

The certification process was important to Davell as it was a direct and transparent way to acquire customer assurance. Customers know that certified goods or services must have met minimum standards of quality and consistency.

The company manufactures products on-site at their southern Sydney base using Australian sourced materials built for all environments with heavy gauge 100% recyclable mild or zinc-coated steel. As well as being ISO certified, the company is also a proud member of the Australian Made Campaign. All Davell manufactured products include a Lifetime Warranty.

Davell Products’ Managing Director Brenton Gray believes that working with Global-Mark has been a very smooth and straight-forward process, commenting, “being ISO 9001 certified and working towards ISO 14001 certification has supported our ability to tender for government contracts and attract new customers. It has also focused our attention on the benefits of world-class internal processes and procedures.”

“We proudly display our Global-Mark certification logos on our website and marketing material to highlight our commitment to continual improvement and quality”.

In January this year Davell installed a ‘state of the art’ powder coat line. This investment along with Davell’s sophisticated manufacturing equipment ensures that we are well positioned to take advantage of the resurgence in demand for Australian made goods. As the company focuses on the manufacture of standard and bespoke storage solutions integrating new designs and technology, the future looks very bright.

Following the successful completion of ISO 9001 certification during 2020, Davell Products is now working towards environmental compliance ISO 14001 with an anticipated March 2021 certification date.
