RTAC Team Update

Joanne HurstRTAC, Scheme / Program Update

The RTAC Chairman has instructed Global-Mark to recommence audits in 2021, this is for both domestic and international clients.

All certificates have an automatic 12 month extension. Donna or Adrianne will be contacting you to scheduled the audit dates for 2021. We are planning to travel inside Australia and NZ as COVID-19 circumstances dictate. All of our oversease audits will be remote. Please ensure all policies are translated to English in preparation for our offsite reviews.

Zoom is our preferred mode of remote access, with site tours and lab visits conducted by mobile Zoom on your phones. We will require either Dropbox or similar cloud based file storage and access systems to be in place. We will select your donor, surrogacy and pregnancy files in advance and if the records could be placed in the cloud software (under strict password protection), that would be ideal. An alternate is to allow us access to your electronic records. Scanning them in an electronic form is mandatory as with remote technologies, it is not feasible to leaf through folders.

Please ensure your data is completed in the Addendum for 2021 in advance of the audits.

For further information please contact our office or your Global-Mark Client Manager.
